We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges are only valid for defective pieces or a change in size, dependent on stock availability.
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:
1) the tag is still intact
2) the item is unworn/unwashed
3) the item is still in its original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify for our Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
Please email us at email@example.com and await further instructions before sending the parcel back to us.
If your item is defective or of a wrong size, it must be mailed back to us within 30 days from the day you received your parcel. FAS will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Do note that items sent back to us without first requesting for an exchange will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returned parcel, we will provide a one-to-one exchange.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. FAS reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
